We are Bachelor Vista Jammery, a producer of homemade jams and other products in Bend, Oregon.

By using our site, our website terms apply to your use. All content is protected by copyright laws. Content on our website cannot be used by commercial purposes by others. Laws of the United States govern these terms.

Shipping:

We strive to deliver orders within two days after purchase. There may be times when we need to make more jars of jam to fulfill your order - if this is the case for your order, we’ll send an email with this notification.

Shipping is via UPS and USPS. The shipping charge varies based on number of jars (weight and box size) and distance to the destination. Once an address is entered in the checkout page, you’ll be presented with shipping options, rates and estimated shipping times.

If your package is identified by the shipper as delivered, but you still haven’t received it, it might still be on the way. For any shipping issues, please contact the shipper. We are unable to replace packages that have been stolen after delivery or lost in the mail.

If you enter incorrect shipping information and your package is returned to us, you can either be refunded for the order, less shipping, or choose to have your package reshipped for the additional shipping cost. Please use extra care when entering the delivery information.

Returns:

We don't accept returns on opened jars. If jars break during shipment, no need to ship them back - please send an email to info@BachelorVistaJammery.com that includes:

A photo of the broken jar(s) that include the batch number printed on the label

If the box was received damaged, include a photo of the damaged box

Include your desire for a replacement or a refund

Any other pertinent information
